How Headache and Neck Pain Begin
Headaches and neck pain are among the most frequent complaints treated by chiropractors. They can interfere with work, focus, and daily comfort, often starting with occasional tension before progressing into chronic migraines or persistent stiffness. Left untreated, these conditions may radiate into the shoulders and arms, making them more complex to manage.
Common sources of headache and neck pain include:
Poor posture while working at a computer or phone
Muscle tension and stress
Spinal misalignments in the cervical spine
Whiplash or past injuries
Nerve irritation or restricted blood flow

Chiropractic Solutions for Headache and Neck Pain Relief
At Strive Chiropractic, we focus on natural, drug-free care for headaches and neck pain. Gentle spinal adjustments correct misalignments in the cervical spine, improving nerve communication and reducing pressure that can trigger pain. Soft tissue therapy helps release muscle tension, while posture correction exercises strengthen supportive muscles to prevent future strain. For patients with disc-related neck problems, flexion-distraction and gentle stretching restore mobility and reduce inflammation. By addressing the root cause, chiropractic care provides lasting relief and a better quality of life.
Why Early Treatment Is Important
If not addressed, headache and neck pain can lead to:
More frequent and severe migraine attacks
Reduced mobility and chronic stiffness
Compensation that creates shoulder or upper back pain
Long-term nerve irritation and spinal stress
Chiropractic care stops this cycle early, preventing worsening symptoms and supporting long-term wellness.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mason! After struggling with neck pain for what felt like forever and being bounced around by other chiropractors who either didn’t seem to have the time or the expertise to address my issues, I was feeling frustrated and hopeless. I’d made countless calls to other offices, but no one ever got back to me or made me feel like I was a priority.
Then, I found Dr. Mason. He runs his practice solo, which means you get his full attention from start to finish. From the moment I called, he was responsive and made room in his schedule to see me even though he’s busy. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on with my neck and why I was feeling the way I was.
What stood out the most was how invested Dr. Mason was in my recovery. Not only did he adjust me, but he also provided stretches and exercises I could do throughout the week to keep the pain at bay. Unlike other experiences where I felt like I was rushed out the door, Dr. Mason made sure to address every issue, take his time, and explain every step of the process.
After just a few sessions, my neck pain started to improve, and for the first time, I felt like I was on the path to recovery, not just a temporary fix. It’s clear that Dr. Mason cares deeply about his patients and their well-being, and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a chiropractor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to your health.

I've been to Dr. Mason for years. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to sport injury. I've finished my treatment plan. Now I come in sometimes for maintenance or when I needed a quick fix or check.
